11 prove cronometrate con tante novità tra cui il ritorno della “Alcenago” da 14km.

Manca poco al 15° Revival Rally Club Valpantena, la manifestazione di regolarità sport organizzata dall’omonimo club veronese si disputerà dal 9 all’11 novembre e quest’anno toccherà un traguardo importante e regala a pubblico e piloti un percorso in gran parte inedito.
Aperte oggi le iscrizioni, che saranno possibili fino al 30 ottobre, per partecipare ad una manifestazione attesissima che ha già registrato il quasi tutto esaurito nelle strutture ricettive della Valpantena e ospiterà equipaggi da tutta Europa con alcune tra le più belle vetture che hanno scritto la storia della specialità negli anni Settanta e Ottanta.
Svelato il percorso. La quindicesima edizione si correrà su 432 chilometri totali, di cui oltre 90 sulle 11 prove cronometrate a tempo che, a suon di pressostati, incoroneranno il vincitore 2017. Dopo la consueta serata prologo con le verifiche alla Alberti Lamiere di Lugo di Grezzana, l’azione prenderà il via venerdì 10 novembre, con le prime 6 prove. Aprirà la “Pernisa” (7,10km) ricavata dalla famosa Praole, ma inedita nella sua parte iniziale e finale, seguirà la “Piane” (6,22), prova completamente nuova sviluppata nella zona di San Rocco di Piegara. Attesa anche per la “Sprea” (11,62km) prova più lunga della giornata che si disputerà su un tratto di strada molto famoso a Verona. Le prime due si ripeteranno per due passaggi, prima del finale di tappa in notturna con la “Lepia” (2.10km) prova spettacolo terra-asfalto in una nuova conformazione.
Seconda tappa sabato 11 novembre con cinque prove. Aprirà il ritorno più atteso, la “Alcenago” (13,4km) che tornerà nel suo sviluppo da quasi 14 chilometri con partenza e arrivo inediti. Doppio passaggio sulla “Valsquaranto” (14,99km) prova più lunga della gara che includerà anche il passaggio nell’Arena di San Francesco. Altra novità la ripetizione, anche con la luce del sole, della “Lepia” prima della prova di “Rupiano” che si svilupperà sul percorso della Alcenago in versione classica ridotto a 5 chilometri.
Confermata la cena a Villa Arvedi, al termine della prima tappa, il riordino a Corte San Felice nella seconda. Novità di questa 15^ edizione il riordino nella pittoresca Villa Baietta nella prima tappa e il passaggio da Piazza Bra, nel cuore di Verona nella seconda.
Only two months to the 15th Revival Rally Club Valpantena, the sport regularity event organized by Rally Club Valpantena in Verona hills and mountains.The entries for the event are now opened and will close on October, 30th.
The event has already recorded the almost sold out in the Valpantena’s accommodation facilities and will host crews from all over Europe with some of the most beautiful cars that have written the story of rally in the Seventies and Eighties.
The itinerary has been published. The fifteenth edition will run on 432 kilometers total, with more than 90 kilometers of stages (11 stages total). After the usual prologue evening with scrutineering at the Alberti Lamiere of Lugo di Grezzana, the action will kick off on Friday, November 10th, with the first 6 stages. The “Pernisa” (7,10km) will be the first one, designed over the famous Praole but brand new in its initial and final part. Second one will be the “Piane” (6.22), completely new and developed in the area of San Rocco di Piegara. Longest stage of the day will be the “Sprea” (11.62km) that will be raced on a very famous road of Verona’s motorsport tradition. The first two stages will be repeated for two runs, before the final effort with the night stage “Lepia” (2.10km) a mixed tarmac-gravel super special stage.
Second day will be played on Saturday November 11th with other five stages. The most anticipated return will be the opener, the “Alcenago” (13.4km), in its longest version, of almost 14km, but with new start and finish parts. Confirmed the double run on the “Valsquaranto” (14.99km), the longest stage of the race, which will also include the passage in the San Francesco Arena. For the first time the “Lepia” will be repeated also with daylight in the second leg, while “Rupiano” will be the fifth stage, designed on Alcenago roads but shorter (5km) and in the reverse direction of the long one.
The topics moment of the Revival are confirmed: dinner at Villa Arvedi, at the end of the first day and regrouping at Corte San Felice in the second. But in this 15th edition the Rally Club Valpantena has added a suggestive regrouping in the picturesque Villa Baietta (Day 1) and a unique crossing of Piazza Bra (Day 2.
